Bill Miranda
CEO
Mr. Miranda is a business consultant, leadership trainer, and leadership coach. He has a master’s degree in management and has completed significant work on a doctoral degree in leadership. His weekly radio show, Leadership Starts with You, can be heard Wednesday’s from 1PM to 2PM on station AM1220, KHTS in Santa Clarita.

As a young man Bill flew fighter jets in the U.S. Air Force and learned the importance of discipline.  He took that knowledge and used it to become a successful salesman with IBM.  He then went on to Xerox where he took part in developing and delivering the famous Professional Selling Skills courses.  He discovered that his passion was selling.  And after that it was training.  He combined them both at Data General Corporation where he became a sales and sales training executive.  He was so effective in that position that the company moved him to Paris, France where his team developed Data General’s training programs in 5 European countries in 5 European languages.

Returning to the U.S. Bill took on the challenge of V.P. of Sales for a young barcode company when barcodes were still relatively unknown.  During his tenure the company went from $10M in sales to $25M in three years.  He followed that success by starting his own barcode company in Mexico City. There he took the startup barcode company from zero sales to $3M in two years.  So why not do it again?  He did, this time in California where he bought a struggling barcode company and turned it into a successful one in just one year. Bill became passionate about wanting to share his knowledge and experience.  He started consulting to help individuals and companies start, grow and succeed.   He likes helping others and gets a kick out of seeing their journeys to success.  Besides consulting, training and coaching with his own company, Bill has been a trainer, consultant and coach with the Small Business Administration. Bill has trained thousands of people in leadership, sales and small business skills.

What’s the hardest thing Bill has done?  “Run a marathon!  It’s exhausting!”  Bill’s motto is:  “Never give up!”
